PAWCASSO RETURNS ANDÂ REFUND POLICY
SECTION 1 - CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED
1.1 We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:
1.1.1 The incorrect product has been delivered to you.
1.1.2 The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.
1.1.3 The product has the incorrect size or specifications.

3.1.3 Have the product replaced/exchanged.

4.1.2 whether you would like the account credited or refunded or replaced/exchanged.
4.1.3 whether you would like the product collected from you or delivered to us.
4.1.4 if you would like the product to be collected, the address from where the product needs to be collected from.

5.1.1 Undamaged.
5.1.2 In the original packaging.
5.1.3 Packaged and wrapped correctly and safely by you.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We will notify you once weâve received your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youâll be refunded on your original payment method unless otherwise stated in your return options. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
